Why did you choose your profession?

I am an Engineer by education and mind is wired to solve problems and enabling technology is the best way to solve any problem at scale. Really enjoy science and technology and imagining possibilities.

What is your greatest accomplishment?

1) Building a team of enthusiastic and high achieving teams who felt empowered to drive to the results while expressing their feeling “you are a leader not a boss”.
2)   Launching self-checkouts and in-store point of sale technology at scale for Walmart 
3) In a chaotic environment, I orchestrated the formation of a cohesive team, introducing disciplined processes and enabling technology. Through meticulous execution, delivering $10M YoY savings.
4) In a time constraint environment the C suite executives trusted to assign the compensation systems to be managed and delivered.

What tools do you use?

Microsoft suite, SAP, Anaplan, Coupa, Clarity, ADO, Jira, Salesforce, Workday, Inhouse developed tools.

What are you working on right now?

1)    Upskilling on how to implement GenAI and doing market study on the potential foundational GenAI model availability while analyzing the problem areas in different business functions and industries.
2)    Preparing for the next role.

1)    Establishing sourcing strategy, building Source to Pay system using latest technology and simplifying processes to enable better decision making and speed to market technology rollout.
2)    Maturing the organization to the Product model with agile way of operating and managing funding allocation that drove business growth.
3)    Optimizing processes and contractual agreements could save $10M.
